As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with senior management to track financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial transactions, including fund receipts and disbursements to healthcare institutions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements
- Coordinate with healthcare institutions regarding financial matters

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Experience in healthcare sector or non-profit organization preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
