Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations and transaction processing
- Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards (PSAK)
- Oversee reconciliation processes for accounts and bank statements
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Train and develop accounting staff performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
