Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures
- Manage tax compliance activities including tax filings, VAT returns, and income tax calculations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for management review
- Lead and mentor accounting staff while establishing best practices for financial controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards
- Develop and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Liaise with tax authorities and external financial advisors on compliance matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience with tax specialization
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh) and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or CPA) preferred
- Proven experience in team leadership and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English proficiency
