Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting and tax functions to ensure compliance with SAK and tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Manage tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities
- Conduct internal audits and ensure financial controls are effective
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions
- Supervise and develop the accounting team to enhance performance and skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
