Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations for retail division including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards for retail leadership
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles aligned with retail business objectives
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Manage and mentor accounting staff while implementing process improvements
- Coordinate with retail operations teams to optimize inventory costing and margin analysis
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to strengthen controls and identify cost-saving opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MIA) strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience with 2+ years in managerial capacity
- Proven track record in retail or consumer goods finance operations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
