Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full AP cycle including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Lead and develop a team of AP specialists through performance coaching and workflow optimization
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate early payment discounts with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, SST) and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor master data management and contract terms
- Prepare monthly AP reports for management and support financial audits
- Automate AP processes using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and digital tools
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor ledgers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- 5+ years in AP management with 2+ years in team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimization
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Certification in Accounts Payable (e.g., CAPP) is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
