Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies through proactive communication
  • Analyze financial data to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices
  • Prepare and distribute accounts payable reports for management review
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve payment issues and support month-end closing
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions
  • Train and mentor junior staff on accounts payable procedures and systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve complex payment issues
  • Certification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or multinational corporate environment
