Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be instrumental in optimizing our end-to-end accounts payable processes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely disbursements, managing vendor relationships, and driving process improvements to support our organization's commitment to delivering quality care to the community.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Review and approve payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims in accordance with company policies.
- Manage end-to-end month-end closing activities for the AP module, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Analyze AP aging reports and resolve outstanding discrepancies with internal departments and external vendors.
- Implement and streamline accounts payable workflows to improve processing time and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director on cash flow forecasting and budget management initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and relevant financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or general ledger accounting.
- Proven track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the healthcare or co-operative sector is an added advantage.
