Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, payment application, and collection activities
- Manage and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met
- Implement and maintain effective credit management policies to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow
- Monitor aging reports and initiate collection actions on overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable performance and provide insights for improvement
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit management, and collection processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel with advanced spreadsheet skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred
