Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual actuarial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk governance frameworks.
- Perform comprehensive risk analysis and capital adequacy testing to support corporate solvency strategies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of actuarial models to forecast business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Finance, Underwriting, and Claims to improve data accuracy and processes.
- Participate in the assessment and monitoring of insurance risks, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Support year-end valuation exercises and the implementation of IFRS 17 standards where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Progressing well towards professional actuarial qualifications (e.g., IFoA, SOA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an actuarial role within the general insurance industry.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., SAS, Prophet, or Emblem) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics, consistent with the Tokio Marine values.
