Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the TREASURES project, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering strictly to university data governance and privacy policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items for internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Streamline existing administrative processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentation decks, and internal communications for senior management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure resource allocation and budget tracking align with organizational goals.
  • Provide support for events, workshops, or training sessions as required by the program requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably within an academic or large-scale corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong business writing skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and database management is highly desirable.
