- Oversee end-to-end admission processes including application review, documentation verification, and enrollment coordination
- Manage and maintain comprehensive student records ensuring data accuracy and compliance with institutional policies
- Lead a team of admission staff providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement efficient workflows for admission procedures and record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with academic departments to align admission strategies with institutional goals
- Prepare regular reports on admission metrics, trends, and departmental performance
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and institutional quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, records management, or academic administration
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and projects
- Expertise in student information systems (SIS) and office productivity software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
