Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Business Office and credit control department
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize accounts receivable and minimize bad debt
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Office team to ensure KPI achievement
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, invoicing, and collections processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Collaborate with clinical departments to resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor credit policies and recommend improvements to financial risk management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare billing regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA) preferred
