- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for local and regional markets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business planning, strategy consulting, or corporate development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and financial modeling
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel required)
- Experience with market research tools and strategic planning methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Knowledge of tire/automotive industry is highly desirable
