Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, design, and outline new business opportunities to strengthen business continuity and market positioning.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency across departments.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on business performance metrics to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to forecast potential business impacts.
- Design automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Lead strategic projects aimed at revenue growth and cost optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, corporate planning, or advanced data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is highly preferred for advanced data manipulation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
