In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and project coordination support to the Regional Health System Centre for Person-Centred Care. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our care initiatives, fostering a person-centric approach to healthcare delivery. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the Centre for Person-Centred Care to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for key healthcare initiatives and programs.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.
  • Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project status, and care metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to person-centred care programs and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of workshops or seminars focused on person-centred care principles.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or managerial capacity, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant healthcare management software (e.g., SAP, Cerner).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
