Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the Centre for Person-Centred Care to ensure efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for key healthcare initiatives and programs.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation management.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project status, and care metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to person-centred care programs and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of workshops or seminars focused on person-centred care principles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or managerial capacity, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant healthcare management software (e.g., SAP, Cerner).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
