Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, plan, and execute multi-channel communication campaigns to support organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal business teams regarding communication strategy and public relations.
- Manage media relations, including writing press releases, fact sheets, and coordinating media briefings.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure alignment across all departments.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and potential reputational risks.
- Develop content for corporate digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate communications or public relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven track record in managing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
- Ability to translate technical transportation concepts into clear, accessible content.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and digital analytics platforms.
