Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage a team of secretarial professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance
  • Advise clients on corporate governance best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of corporate documents, including board minutes, annual reports, and statutory filings
  • Coordinate shareholder meetings, general meetings, and board meetings according to regulatory requirements
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory documents and maintain accurate corporate records
  • Develop and implement efficient secretarial procedures and systems to enhance service delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing expert solutions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional qualification in Company Secretarial (e.g., MCS(M), ACIS, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or related field
  • Proven leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations
