As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to ensure the seamless administration of our corporate secretarial functions. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the integrity of the organization’s legal and statutory documentation, while providing strategic advisory support on regulatory requirements under the Companies Act and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
- Coordinate and facilitate Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including preparation of agendas, board packs, and drafting of minutes.
- Monitor compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Main Market Listing Requirements, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records with high precision.
- Provide secretarial advisory and governance support to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Liaise with external auditors, legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and share registrars as required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (ICSA/MAICSA professional qualification is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial role, preferably within a public-listed company.
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- High level of professional integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in corporate secretarial software and MS Office Suite.
