Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations and activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders and management.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff and site workers.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and address client inquiries promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration or relevant technical certificates.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
