Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily contract administration at project sites, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage contract documentation, including submissions, amendments, and renewals
- Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and disputes
- Analyze contract terms to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare regular contract performance reports for senior management
- Liaise with legal teams to ensure contractual alignment with project objectives
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration within construction
- Proficiency in Malaysian contract law and construction regulations
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with contract management software and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM) is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in dynamic environments
