Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and oversee the implementation of AIC's Information Management Policies and Data Protection Frameworks.
- Conduct regular data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for data protection inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal departments.
- Monitor and audit organizational adherence to PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) regulations and internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate organization-wide training programs to promote awareness of data handling best practices.
- Manage data breach response protocols, including investigation, reporting, and remediation efforts.
- Collaborate with IT and Cyber Security teams to ensure technical controls align with data protection policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or information governance roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to translate complex legal and technical requirements into actionable operational procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior certification such as CIPP/A, CIPP/E, or CIPM is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data risk assessment methodologies.
