  • Lead the end-to-end design and evaluation of dementia care service pilots to ensure alignment with national care standards.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, gathering feedback to refine service delivery and user experience.

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous development of care standards and training materials.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare service design, program evaluation, or dementia care management.
  • Strong understanding of dementia care frameworks, best practices, and the local healthcare landscape.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SPSS) and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Valid certification in relevant healthcare or social work disciplines (e.g., SWAA, WDA).
