Join the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) as an Assistant Manager to lead transformative initiatives in dementia care. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and evaluation of dementia care service pilots to ensure alignment with national care standards.
- Analyze service performance data and metrics to identify improvement areas and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement innovative care solutions and methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, gathering feedback to refine service delivery and user experience.
- Develop comprehensive reports and actionable recommendations for service optimization and strategic planning.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous development of care standards and training materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare service design, program evaluation, or dementia care management.
- Strong understanding of dementia care frameworks, best practices, and the local healthcare landscape.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SPSS) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and team leadership.
- Valid certification in relevant healthcare or social work disciplines (e.g., SWAA, WDA).
