Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Safety Management Systems (SMS) in alignment with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead and facilitate risk assessment exercises (HIRA/HIRARC) for all construction activities and project phases.
- Investigate all workplace incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and actionable root-cause analysis.
- Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks to enhance site-wide safety awareness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative preventive measures and safety engineering controls.
- Ensure all documentation and records related to EHS are accurate, updated, and audit-ready.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in EHS within the construction or engineering sector.
- Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) certification with MOM is highly preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act and related legislation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing site teams and sub-contractors.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction site environment.
