Join Ng Teng Fong General Hospital's dynamic Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team as an Assistant Manager. In this critical role, you'll safeguard our healthcare operations by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across clinical, operational, and financial domains. You'll collaborate with department leaders to embed risk-aware practices into daily workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining service excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement ERM frameworks aligned with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across clinical operations, patient safety, and financial processes
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate risk management into strategic planning
- Prepare risk reports and dashboards for executive leadership review
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to drive preventive actions
- Monitor emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Coordinate risk management training programs for staff at all levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of risk management experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Professional certification (e.g., CRM, FRM, or CISA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (MOH, JCI, ISO 9001)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in risk management software and data visualization tools
