Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee expense reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management review
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement expense management strategies
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide junior team members in financial processes and best practices
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial operations and systems
- Conduct regular audits of expense accounts and financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in expense management, accounting, or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and financial regulations
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred
