About the Role
ComfortDelGro Engineering is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant/Manager, Facility Management to lead the end-to-end facility management operations across all our sites in Singapore. This is a critical role ensuring that all our facilities are safe, compliant, reliable, and optimized for performance.

Your Impact
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic facility plans, managing budgets, overseeing vendors, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance. From managing critical M&E systems to championing sustainability and energy efficiency, your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of our services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations of building facilities, including M&E services, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant statutory regulations, codes of practice, and safety standards (e.g., BCA, NEA, SCDF, WSH Act).
- Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, oversee procurement, and manage contracts with service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high SLA performance.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, energy management programs, and Green Mark certifications across the portfolio.
- Implement and manage a robust Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM/IWMS) system for asset tracking, work orders, and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff and coordinators to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain high standards of safety and maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Certified Fire Safety Manager (CFSM) is highly advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, BMS).
- Proven track record in budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale, multi-site portfolios in the transport or engineering sector is a plus.
- Proficient in CAFM/IWMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
