Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Group Financial Controller in the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate and manage the annual budget preparation process and perform periodic variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor working capital requirements to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support operational cost-control initiatives.
- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members to maintain high standards of performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the hospitality or luxury hotel sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and Singapore taxation regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
