Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports for leadership review
- Assist in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against KPIs
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and compliance
- Coordinate with internal auditors and ensure adherence to accounting standards
- Mentor junior finance staff and cross-functional teams on financial protocols
- Support system implementations for new financial technologies and workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in finance with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of healthcare accounting regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives
