Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing processes.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to department heads.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and process workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
