Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations, including general ledger maintenance and cash flow management.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and relevant accounting standards.
- Manage the full cycle of the closing process to ensure all financial records are precise and audit-ready.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities to ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor project-based costing and profitability to ensure alignment with company financial objectives.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and standard operating procedures to mitigate operational risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA/CIMA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the property development or construction sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of tax regulations and corporate financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to mentor junior finance staff.
