As the Assistant Manager, Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with Singapore GAAP and local regulations.
- Support and lead project finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal financial controls, corporate governance policies, and auditing requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, project managers, and external auditors to provide timely financial insights and solutions.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of finance staff to ensure operational efficiency and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore GAAP, IFRS, and corporate tax regulations.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
