Tanggung Jawab
- Support monthly closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Monitor budget adherence and analyze financial variances
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow forecasting
- Prepare financial reports for management and regulatory compliance
- Assist in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
