Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental budgets
- Implement and audit internal financial control systems
- Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with auditors during financial examinations
- Support tax compliance and documentation processes
- Prepare management reports for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and leadership skills
