Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and organizational policies
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
- Lead and develop finance team members through coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate financial data into strategic planning
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial transactions and documentation
