Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets, forecasting models, and financial performance metrics
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations (MFRS) and internal control frameworks
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify process optimization opportunities and implement cost-control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles, with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation laws
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting to executive leadership
- Proven track record in process improvement and financial risk management
