The Role: As the Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounting, you will be responsible for the complete financial management cycle. You will manage end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring strict adherence to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and group policies. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing statutory compliance, managing corporate tax and transfer pricing matters, and leading the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting, including monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis in compliance with SFRS and group reporting requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management accounts, balance sheet schedules, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the annual statutory audit process, including preparation of audit schedules, responding to auditor queries, and resolving audit issues.
- Manage corporate tax computations, deferred tax calculations, and ensure timely submission of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and corporate tax returns.
- Handle GST reporting and ensure compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) regulations.
- Coordinate the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, working closely with various department heads.
- Review and streamline internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior finance team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent ERP systems). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage full sets of accounts and lead audit and tax processes independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
