Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for departmental initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Supervise finance team members and implement process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate internal/external audits and maintain financial controls
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
