Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support clinical operations and budgeting.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with a focus on clinical support metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline financial processes and ensure compliance.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools to present complex data to management and non-financial stakeholders.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for clinical departments.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of various clinical programs, providing actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven ability to manage FP&A workflows and large data sets effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge financial data and operational insights.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
