We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant / Manager, Finance (FP&A) to join our finance team at our centralised office in City Hall.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes that support our strategic business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide insightful financial data, identify trends, and contribute to decision-making that accelerates our growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Financial Planning & Budgeting: Assist in the preparation, review, and management of annual operating budgets, as well as rolling forecasts and strategic financial plans.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous variance analysis and performance reviews against KPIs, providing clear recommendations to management on variances and opportunities.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performance to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and control frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business unit heads and operational teams to understand their financial needs and support their strategic initiatives.
- Compliance & Control: Ensure all financial processes adhere to internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Education: A recognised Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Management Accounting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Soft Skills: High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
