- Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing
- Monitor financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to understand financial needs and provide appropriate support
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and financial regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
