TH Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager, Finance to oversee the financial operations of our General Insurance Brokerage. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth functioning of the finance team, managing complex accounting tasks, and ensuring strict compliance with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily finance operations and supervise a team of finance staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
- Ensure strict compliance with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) regulations and insurance industry standards.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for year-end audits and regulatory filings.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in General Insurance or Financial Services.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Singapore tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a small team of finance staff.
- ACCA, CPA, or CIMA qualification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
