Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Streamline operational financial workflows to improve accuracy and reduce processing time.
- Collaborate closely with the sales operations department to ensure seamless billing and revenue reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team to ensure high performance and service delivery.
- Assist in annual budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements using ERP/financial management software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, preferably within the F&B or FMCG sector.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental stakeholders and communicate complex financial data clearly.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and process optimization.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate across all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
