Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for healthcare departmental operations.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Drive data visualization initiatives to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and analyze operational costs and resource utilization.

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
