National University Health System (NUHS) is seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager, Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving strategic financial planning, managing complex budgets, and providing actionable insights that support NUHS's mission to deliver world-class healthcare.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
  • Support the Finance Management team in strategic financial planning, cost control initiatives, and project financial management.
  • Review and improve existing financial processes and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Communicate complex financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions and capital investment evaluations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management accounting within a corporate or healthcare setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different departments.
