Halcyon Agri Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager, Financial Reporting to join our dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements across our multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS standards. This is a key position that requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial transparency and support senior management in decision-making.
As the Assistant Manager, you will lead the month-end and year-end close processes, manage complex intercompany transactions, and provide insightful variance analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of group consolidated financial statements for all subsidiaries.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminate redundant entries.
- Prepare management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).
- Experience within the agricultural or manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
