PERSOL is currently seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager (Grants Processing) to join our team in the heart of Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished administrator to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of grant management within a dynamic corporate environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all grant applications are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external bodies, managing a high volume of documentation and ensuring timely disbursement of funds. This 6-month contract position offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a professional office setting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end grants processing workflow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all tasks.
- Review and verify grant applications and supporting documents for eligibility and completeness.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all grant activities, applications, and disbursements in the internal system.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve queries and expedite processing where necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations related to grants management for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Train and support junior staff or administrative personnel on grants processing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in grants administration, financial processing, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Singaporean regulatory compliance standards is highly desirable.
