SingHealth Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager for the EGH Planning Office. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the strategic planning and development of Medical Reports and Release of Information (ROI) processes. You will lead initiatives to streamline information management workflows, ensuring that patient records are accurate, accessible, and secure in compliance with PDPA and healthcare standards. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the planning and strategic development of Medical Reports and Release of Information (ROI) workflows.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and healthcare data privacy standards (PDPA).
  • Oversee the quality assurance of medical records, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with medical staff and administrative units to streamline information retrieval and reporting processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of Health Information Management staff.
  • Conduct regular audits of records and processes to identify areas for enhancement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a hospital planning or administrative office.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare coding standards, and Release of Information (ROI) protocols.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks and data governance in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in relevant health information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
