- Develop and execute project roadmaps for healthcare technology integration and process optimization
- Analyze healthcare data to identify improvement opportunities and drive evidence-based decision making
- Collaborate with clinical teams to implement digital tools that enhance care quality and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare management or digital health initiatives
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and digital health technologies
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex healthcare data
- Experience with telemedicine platforms or healthcare information systems
