Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide expert advisory on human resource policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Drive talent development initiatives to support the growth and retention of our healthcare workforce.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
- Handle complex employee relations issues with empathy, professionalism, and integrity.
- Support the implementation of digital HR transformation projects to streamline operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or social service sector is highly advantageous.
